What is an Affiliate program?
An affiliate program is essentially a relationship between you (as an advertiser) and us (Betfred; as a
merchant). You are, in effect an advertiser for us and in return for this we pay you a fixed sum for any

What is the commission amount that I get paid?
Betfred offers a tiered commission structure depending on the amount of punters refered by the affiliate:
We will pay a £15 commission for any referral who has opened an account with Betfred and placed a bet of
£10.
This structure is re-evaluated by our account managers on a regular basis to ensure Betfred is offering a
competitive program. For the commission to be awarded, the punter must sign up for a new account and
deposit and place a bet to the value of £10.

What Constitutes a new ‘Registration’?
Betfred defines a fully registered account as a new client who has completed the sign-up process, made a
deposit and then placed a single bet of £10 or more.

How do I apply to become an affiliate for Betfred?
You can apply to become an Affiliate of Betfred by simply completing the registration
form and providing with us with some essential information about yourself and your site.

Is the affiliate programme free to join?
The Betfred Affiliate programme is completely free to join for anybody who owns their own website. As
part of our Affiliate network, members can also access a wide range of marketing materials for them to
use freely on their own sites.

Does Betfred have any site, keyword or PPC restrictions?
Please note that Betfred do not accept incentive or cash back sites on any of their programs. Keyword restrictions apply, Betfred conducts their own keyword buying and affiliates are prohibited from purchasing keywords, search terms or other identifiers that position them above the official Betfred sponsored link. Any affiliate found to be in breach of this will be removed from the program.

Is there a minimum amount that I need to earn in order to receive my commission?
Yes. The minimum amount of earnings must be at least £100 to qualify for a payment that month. If the
balance is less than this it will be carried over to the next month without any loss interfering with this.
Betfred Affiliates shall pay the webmaster all amounts due for the month within fifteen (15) working days
following the close of the month and shall make available at a selected URL a statement (online statistics)
providing in reasonable detail the basis for such payment.

How do I set up links through to Betfred from my site?
During the registration process you establish a username and password, which you then use to access your
account. Once logged into your account you can simply browse through our extensive banner archive and once
your selection is made the html is generated with your personal tracking code already inserted. The html
can then be simply copied into your site.

How does Betfred Track the activity from my site?
When visitors navigate through a link on an Affiliate site they are transferred through to Betfred on a
link that contains a unique piece of code. The unique piece of code identifies the source of the new
Betfred account and upon registration our payment is entered automatically into the correct affiliate
account.

Can I use any marketing tactics to advertise for Betfred?
Betfred Affiliates forbid all advertising methods which use "scumware" or “spyware”. A complete list
can be found in the GPWA website

Any affiliate caught using those methods will be banned from our program and the revenues will be
frozen/deleted. We have many methods of analysing traffic coming in to our websites and we have
measures in place to trace a click coming from any prohibited marketing method.
Anyone who can notify us of affiliate abuse may also be rewarded.

How can I keep track of how much money I'm making?
Online statistics are available for you 24 hours a day. Simply log in with your username and password
to our secure affiliate website to keep track of your campaigns and more importantly see how much you've
earned.

What information is displayed on my reports page?
The Betfred affiliate program has a complete set of real time statistics for webmasters which are available 24/7. An example of available statistics include impressions, clicks, downloads and a complete breakdown of account signups (Real and Fun), and the most important statistic - your Commissions.

How and when do I get paid?
We pay our webmasters by the 15th business day following the end of the month. Depending on your choice, we either send a bank draft or wire the money to you.

How come my online stats haven't changed?
The date and time of the last update is usually only a few hours old. There may be delays on the update depending on how busy the servers are although this is very unlikely. If you continue to experience problems please contact your affiliate manager

What if I have more than one website?
You can add as many different domains to your affiliate account as you like. Domains you add to your account all receive their own unique affiliate code and your online reporting allows you to break down your earnings site by site.

How long does it take to be accepted?
